This hotel offers a peaceful ambiance and boasts beautiful decorations. The onsen is delightful, and the staff members are incredibly helpful. Even though some of them may not speak English fluently, they utilize translation devices to provide valuable information regarding baggage transportation. Furthermore, when my mother accidentally left her trousers in the room, the staff promptly packed them in a lovely manner and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel in Kyoto.

The hotel is very well located, next to a lot of points of interest and places to eat. The rooms are adequately sized for the price. The hotel also has an excellent public bath available. Breakfast is great and you have 4 options to choose from, including a more westernized option.

The rooms are compact but so smartly laid out that they feel anything but small. Every detail has been carefully considered, and the high-quality amenities make your stay effortless and comfortable. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they’ve thought about what travelers actually need.
The vibe is a perfect mix of international energy and old Kyoto charm. The staff were amazing, especially Phuong, the Vietnamese receptionist, who was incredibly warm and accommodating. She went out of her way to make my stay more enjoyable.
