The hotel was lovely, free welcome drinks and cakes were very nice to have. We didn't have the breakfast or dinner as we wanted to eat outside but they seemed very good as well.

Breakfast and dinner was superb. The experience and the food was wonderful. The room was comfortable, especially with the private onsen bath. Everything was really clean. Some staffs spoke english, which was a good bonus. There was a shuttle service, which was really appreciated. The communication was perfect.

Craig, the owner, and his staff were fantastic. Always happy to help and he even offered me a ride to and from the station. They have e-bikes you can use and they provide precious informations about the area.

We liked everything about Bettei Senjyuan!! It was simply stunning. You can check in from 1pm and we would highly recommend you do. The property was aesthetically beautiful and the luxury touches made this fairly expensive stay completely value for money. The onsen - private and public - were amazing. And the food was a feast in every way.

Everything was amazing! Zack did a great job making us all (there were 7 of us) feel welcomed. The living space and kitchen was big enough to allow us all to hang out. Zack put a power outlet in each of the bedrooms to let us plug in all our devices. The showers were great! It really was a great place to stay.

Loved being tucked away from town on the orchard. The apples and apple juice were delicious and the owners were super helpful as we had an injury to deal with (a trip to the hospital), and they even gave the sorry sore one a lift home. Amazing hospitality. Would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and spacious with all the required appliances
