Amazing ryokan and hot bath experience in the hotel and in the village of Kurokawa using the pass offered by the different bath houses. The autumn colors were splendid around all the outdoor baths. Our stay was in late November. Spectacular !

Excellent hospitality from staff
We couldn't find the ryokan and stuck in the no entry road and parking aside, my sis walk to the ryokan and the staff come to me and help to drive my car to the ryokan and thereafter help to park my car as the road there is really narrow.
The staff are really attentive as we were "hands free" checking in and out as our luggage were very well taking care of. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent from the taste to the display of the food.

I like Yamabiko Ryokan very much. Even the price is quite expensive but we can get all best things from this accommodation. The room is very nice and good view by the river. There is toilet inside the room too! We can enjoy all 6 private onsens which is free of charge. And the public outdoor onsen is very nice too! I tried all of it ha..ha.. :) The staff is very good service. They take care all of us since we checked in until checking out. Dinner and breakfast are served in private room too! I recommend this place a lot !

The staff were super accommodating and friendly.
The Onsen were amazing and many to chose from.
If you arrive by bus it’s good to contact for a pick up as it’s a bit of a distance from kurokawa village.
