Everything. This is the perfect hotel for families with kids, the rooms have everything you need and very spacious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived on a wet rainy day, the staff helped us dry our bags and ourselves on arrival.

Everything about our stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya was absolutely exceptional!! Never stayed in a more fantastic hotel in my life - the staff were the standout at this property as they were so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drinks + desserts were so special and lovely, I left a small thank you note mentioning which ones our favourites were and they brought more of those favourites the next day?!?! so unexpected and lovely. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, such a wonderful experience to have while we looked out over the city. The rooms were fantastic and super spacious (my partner especially liked how comfy the pyjamas were), super comfortable beds too! We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Nagoya. Our host was really nice and responsive, and answered all our questions kindly. The futons are comfortable and the bathroom is really nice. We even found some Japanese tea on the table upon our arrival! Thank you so much for everything.

Cleverly designed and beautiful garden to hide the busy road. Feels as if the garden is inside the house due to the glass sliding doors. The beds and futons were super comfy. Interior inspiring! The cute pink and blue bathroom…dreamy. The high quality amenities were a treat. This house was the best accommodation of our whole trip. So sad I did not book Le Dessert in advance because there was no availability when we arrived. Big thank you🌿
