Staff were very accomodating (we even got little biscuits when we checked out), our room was MASSIVE and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall was very much worth what we paid for.

Property was very clean, spacious, with a well-equiped kitchen or Nagoya station on a 15 minute walk with plenty of places to eat.
Bedroom was large enough to sleep with 4 people without bothering each other. Futons were very comfortable.
Bikes were provided to get around town.
Owner was very friendly and speaks perfect English.
