Everything, our stay was amazing, the room was perfect for us, it had a good ambiance and vibe to it, extremely clean, lots of amenities were provided, hotel staff were really helpful booking us a taxi and arranging our suitcases to be transported to our next destination and good amount of space for a couple with 6 suitcases 😅 location was great too, walking distances to where we needed to go and the main strip of Osaka.

The hotel is beautiful, with rooms starting from the 12th floor so with a very nice view. Position is perfect, in the center of the city.
We were assigned a room that was smelling of smoke very badly (and we were supposed to have a non-smoking one), so they changed the room and upgraded us to a Premium room at 19th floor. Staff is very nice and available! Last but not least: breakfast is just amazing.
