Excelent location near Dotonbori and metro stations. Lots of restaurants and different kinds of stores. Very nice vibe at night and also very quiet.
The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well decorated.
The staff is outstanding. We got a medical issue during our stay, and the General Manager Ms. Ishikawa and her team were super nice helping with phone calla and tranlation. And they keep up after that to check if we were ok.. Awesome!

Very convenient lication. Very nice staff. Drinks bar is excellent, aswell as having dinner tables and comfortable seating. Room was spacious, and finally a proper hairdryer.
Staff drove us to the bus station, very much appreciated as we didn’t have to walk with the huge suitcases. If I am back in Osaka, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Very good localization. Subway is meters away. Really near to Shinsaibashi street, America-Mura and Dotonbori. Staff was very supportive assisting us with luggage transportation for our next destination. Great option for families.

THE BEST!!! absolutely loved it here, location is great only a minute walk onto the shopping street with so many food and shopping options very close to the river as well. Room was amazing so comfortable and immaculately clean, facilities were great and provided everything you needed. Definitely recommend to anyone our apartment was huge and had 4 small double beds and a sofa, fully functional kitchen area and lovely bathroom.
