Good hospitality, hotel staffs are extremely helpful and proactive. Given a complimentary ride to metro station and sending us to OCAT bus terminal early in the morning.
The hotel provides complimentary beverages which is a plus point and there is a pool table & massage chairs to relax after a long day.

This hotel was amazing. The location is absolutely perfect: 2 minutes walk to Dontonbori, and a 5 minute walk to the train station. There is also a seven-eleven just below the hotel.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, as well as professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond when asked for something.
The room was spectacular. It was more than big enough for two people and had an amazing view.
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough

Best location. Very close to main shopping street Shinsaibashi. 24 hours Family Mart just around the corner. Spacious room compare to other japanese hotels. Easy and fast check in. Free drinks and snacks in lobby is a bonus! Many restaurants around the area. Value for money!!

Excellent location, the staff very friendly. We didn't know they had an amazing spa when we booked the room!! Sauna, pool, even a room where you can iron your hair and put on hair products. They gave us all the stuff for it (iron, oil for hair..) They also had a bread vending machine, microwave, toaster for all the guests. There's a family mart right outside the hotel too. Besides, Dotonbori is 300mts away, I'd definitely go back
