The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, much bigger then other rooms we have seen in Japan. The washer dryer works perfectly. The gym is equipped with everything you need for a quick workout. The location is perfect with a lot of good and shopping options and very close to public transportation.

I loved everything about this hotel from the aesthetic of the hotel to the staff and breakfast averything was amazing. Everything feels so new and modern, you have a phone where you can have acess to a lot of information, like the available washing machines. Fabulous room with a comfortable bed. Washing machine was easy to use and a great addition. Very comfortable bed and a nice, spacious room. Bath was excellent as you could set the exact temperature you want.
