Amazing hotel, comfortable. The room had a washer dryer which helped a lot! The location was pretty convenient to go anywhere by subway and train, but also to walk to Dotombori if you feel like. I really loved the sauna as well. The breakfast was complete and delicious!

The location The staff, very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes you never even saw them but things got done. The drinking water dispenser on every floor was an highly appreciated & added advantage. The rooms were comfortable and everything fitted in perfectly.

Spacious and comfortable for a family. Very clean and modern with two bedrooms and two balconies. Any question sent to the owner was replied within seconds. The apartment is 4 minutes from the JR Loop line station that can take you around Osaka and to main stations.

The hotel was excellent! Great variety of food at breakfast (both Japanese/ Asian and Western types of food) and numerous delicious options for people with a different dietary regime. Plus several restaurants located in the hotel, where one could also have lunch, dinner and even in-room dinning. The rooms were quite spacious for Japan, especially to unpack and store our big luggages. Really comfortable beds and pillows, and sufficient amenities in the room/ bathroom. The staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive towards guests (both over phone and face-to-face) and almost everyone spoke English (which is not that common in hotels in Japan). We really appreciated our rooms being available before the check-in hour, as we had just arrived from a very long journey from Europe. Also, the location is good as well. Close to Dotonbori and several public transport stations. Overall, our stay in Osaka was amazing thanks to everyone at Centara Grand Hotel. Best hotel that we stayed at in Japan! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Osaka a second time.
