Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court.
Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7.
Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed.
Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner.
Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints.
Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

This facility was exceptional! The location was great with so many restaurants and shopping. The room was so comfortable and adorable. It had so many storage spaces, and I loved having the laundry machine and refrigerator. The breakfast was really good, and they had different variety of things to eat every day. I loved there pajamas, and wanted to buy a couple of it, but it wasn't for sale. This place was so economical! We stayed at fancier hotels during our travels in Japan, but loved this place the best. I will return to this place if I ever come back to Osaka.

Incredible location ( and I spent a long time worrying about where to book!)
Walking distance to so many areas and about 5mins walk to Namba station. Shops, little arcades and restaurants right outside the door of the hotel, as well as 7eleven, so close, and Lawsons, too, so no need to have to use the metro with tired children, at night! Spacious room ( one bed family loft with bunk beds) with excellent sound proofing. Amazing board game area and general hotel games -cute idea. Laundry facilities were so handy. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Osaka.
