The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Out of many hotels in Osaka, this place is always our favorite. The room is compact but enough space still available. The location is not right in the hot spot but close enough to go anywhere by train or taxi. The price is always very reasonable. The staffs are very helpful and speak English. I truly admire honest business like this hotel.
