Everything was perfect. Spacious room, view from room was beautiful. Comfortable bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was very good with wide selection of food (Asian and European dishes) and beverages.

I loved everything about this hotel from the aesthetic of the hotel to the staff and breakfast averything was amazing. Great location - very close to the metro station. Everything is clean, the room is big and the bad is comfortable. Great views from the room. We enjoyed the breakfast - it was very tasty with lots of choices. Our only regret is that we book the room only for 1 night. Osaka definitely needs more than 1 day and we will return here next time and book the same hotel.

Lounge area to relax on ground floor with stylish furniture and free tea and coffee. Bedroom and shower really spacious and bright. Shower was amazing. A room for guest do laundry, relax,make a hot drink and use a fragrance was a great touch. Cleaned room really well when requested.

Best hotel stay in Japan. I will come again for sure. Lovely (!!) staff, excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms (for japanese standards), smart layout, located in a nice neighborhood. I stayed here twice on the same trip and will come again.
