This hotel was such a luxurious experience and everything just felt perfect from the moment we walked in! The rooms were HUGE, stunning, spotlessly clean, the view on the huge balcony was incredible! The beds were SO comfortable. They had so many fun things in the room that we enjoyed (robes, high quality bath products, coffee machine). They had a crib for our baby, with a personalized hand written note and baby bath products - so beyond thoughtful. Every night there was a choice of alcohol, snacks, drinks that we enjoyed so much! The staff were super helpful from the minute we checked in. The location was 10 minute walk from the train station (we took an airport shuttle directly from there!), 2-3 minute walk from restaurants, shopping area. We got SO much for the price we paid and it was such a great experience, we were so sad to leave!!!

Hotel is clean and feels new. Room sizes are as expected in Japan, is on the small side while the price is high due to the central location. The location honestly is super convenient, linked with Yodobashi and Links shopping mall. You are exactly in the heart of Umeda. Amenities provided were basic, rooms were spotless clean and the beds slept fine. Generally nothing to fuss about. But do not expect personal service or whatsoever. Check in check out was a breeze as well. Service provided at main lobby was helpful. The breakfast included was also considered fine, everything tasted good and up to standard. I liked that they had baby chairs and children utensils. Overall, satisfied with the hotel and would choose to stay again.

The French style of the hotel and the room was a novelty. Room was large, relative to price. Mini fridge and TV were useful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. You can walk to the hotel from Osaka Umeda station all undercover which is impressive. There is a delicious tempura restaurant right outside the hotel.
