Your concierge is excellent, Ms Harada, who spoke very good English, and organised taxi tours for us. She worked very hard to make sure it was what we wanted. Please thank her. The hotel is very convenient for trains, and we will use it again if we return to Sapporo.
The staff in your restaurants were very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Near to the subway station. Friendly host. We requested the cooking oil and sauce and the host sent it to the house within a short time.
We had a great time staying in the house.
