The location near subway and konbini on the 1st floor - very nice. It is walking distance from Susukino and the central attractions.
The instrucrions on how to access the apartment were clear. Also an instruction for ameneties inside the apartment.

totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Rooms are very decent size for Japanese standards. There are 3 restaurants which one can choose to go for breakfast !
The main buffet breakfast spread is amazing ! There is even a dessert section at breakfast which includes matcha mochi.
Onsen is of decent size but no outdoor for men. For women, there is an outdoor onsen.
