Excellent location for people travelling by train, comparatively spacious room (for Japan), impeccably clean, friendly staff who spoke very good English. Breakfast has a variety of fresh, high quality foods for both western and Japanese tastes.
There are cheaper options but you won't get this level of quality, location and service, as far as my experience goes.

Staff spoke amazing english, extremely kind to help us reserve restaurants and send our luggage through ta-Q-bin. Willing to hold on to some luggage until we needed it to be sent.
Bath has a shampoo bar where you can use the shampoo you want. Skincare products available after the bath were also nice for my skin
