The loveliest woman took care of everything and everything was amazing. The food as well was exceptional! I loved the location, right next to the bus stop, but you have to love a quiet place.

The room was super spacious. Check-in process was smooth as well. As I was checking in late, the staff kept prompting me via chat to inform me of the check-in process. The attention to detail was just superb. Furthermore, the staff were super friendly and the accommodations were clean. The provisioned breakfast was really a nice touch too. Would definitely come back again!!

This was the best place I stayed in during me & my husband's 2 week Japan trip and not coincidentally, where we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary. For me, it was probably once in a lifetime and it was totally worth to get the full experience: huge space, private onsen, kaieseki dinner and breakfast served in the room.
