Sympathetic and really helpful host! He gave us lot of indication around the house to not get lost with the equipment with non-japanese people. During the stay, he was actively responding to messages when I was sending one. The appartment is located at 15 min of the Akabane Station, which has a lot of connection to visit Tokyo (direct to Shibuya or Akihabara for example). It helps a lot to not spend that much in transport during the stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip - on the 8th and 4th floor. The room was very clean. I especially liked the floor-to-ceiling window in front of the washbasin - it’s very cool to wake up and brush your teeth with a view of the city. In addition to cleanliness, I would also like to note the soundproofing - we never heard our neighbors. The bed is comfortable, the shower products are high quality, and the hotel also provides a women's bath access, but we did not use it. The lighting in the room is also very pleasant, and you can connect to the TV using your phone and stream YouTube or Netflix. The hotel's location is perfect, a 1-minute walk from the station! Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven convenience stores, as well as Don Quijote, are also located near the hotel. I also liked that the hotel has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. The staff is very responsive!

We loved the location, so close to the station and everything! I would stay again just for the superb Fuji garden supermarket with otherworldly sashimi. So many cool cafes and shops in the hood as well! The room was spacious, which was so nice after weeks living in tiny Tokyo hotel rooms! Thank you for making our stay pleasant with lovely tea and dining room!

The staff were very nice, the hotel was good value for money, and well situated, the rooms were clean and new towels provided daily.

Great location - looks far out but is so close to the train station that gets you into main areas in 20 mins. Onsen was lovely, breakfast was nice and loads of free toiletries

I like how the hotel is so near to the Akabane Station, it’s right outside the station (approximately 1 min walk). Very accessible to various stores such as Starbucks, Mister Donut and other shops. The staffs were also very friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back and stay again when I visit Tokyo next time :)
