The staff were absolutely amazing — so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, even with the language barrier, which we truly appreciated. We loved the neighborhood: super convenient access to the Yamanote Line, an easy walk to Ueno Station, and surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. Despite how central it is, the area stays calm and quiet at night, which was perfect. The rooms were incredibly spacious by Tokyo standards, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Not too far from Nippori station ( walking distance 2 mins), we can go to the Narita airport in 40 mins. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Also it has a big drugstore near the hotel. We saw at least 2 family marts near the hotel also one supermarket.

I was very pleased with my room. It was very clean, and for one person there was plenty of space. There is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a kitchen which can be used if you would like to cook. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
