The property is excellent. I had a big room with two beds and a small tatami living room space even if i booked for just one person. The double balcony is also really nice, everything is so clean and new. All you can drink coffee and all you can eat ice cream was also completely convenient as well as the whole skin care set available at the first floor.

I only have good things to say about Hotel Mystays Nippori. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Location was what we wanted - away from the busy area of Tokyo but close to the train station. We will definitely stay again if given the chance. Higly recommended. Thank you to the staff.

Great location!!! 1 min from mikawashima station, really good restaurants all around, very close to nippori station as well. We slept on futons and had an amazing first experience in japan. There’s an elevator and the staff was very helpful, clean and super big bathroom. Loved it!!

I like that the place is new, nice, and clean. The staff are very friendly, generous, and accommodating. The area has a nice vintage aura, and there are shops nearby as well as restos, fastfood, supermarket, etc. We had a great time! They also have a very nice cafe on the 1st floor.
