Excellent! I have read in other travel websites that the restaurant reservation service of the concierge of many Japanese hotels is now non-existent. But I stayed at Chinzanso Hotel when I first traveled to Tokyo, and I thought the concierge service of this hotel was satisfactory and pleasant, so I tried to book the restaurant through this hotel this time, and the service quality was still outstanding as always. Very spacious rooms with comfortable futons, tatami mats, low Japanese tables, sleeping robes, tea in the room, and free coffee in the hallway. There is a restaurant in the basement offering Japanese (and traditional) breakfast. A realy nice bath with sauna on the rooftop. And a quite terace in the center of Tokyo, really amazing....best of all is the tearoom with a view of a mini Zen garden and additional space for peace and meditation. Everything is simple and discreet. Highly recommended.

We booked this place for our last night in Tokyo and the room didn’t disappoint. The room was very spacious (twin size) and the location was great, in a very nice area close to Tokyo dome.
I liked that the room had plenty of space of our luggage and that they provide you with complementary jelly and water. Apparently there’s also free soba during the evening but we didn’t get to try it.
The staff also let us store our luggage after checkout and let us in earlier than the official checkin area with no additional cost. That was really kind of them.

The design is nice, and it‘s clean and comfy. We liked the neighborhood and it‘s well connected to some useful subway lines, albeit you have to walk 15 minutes - which I don‘t mind. The coffee place downstairs was also very nice.
