The hotel grounds were stunning, especially when completely covered by clouds. The hotel room was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly accomodating, and left a hand signed card congragulating us on our honeymoon.

Clean , Cosy and comfortable room size for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Well equipped kitchenette. Family mart just down the road. Few Metro lines walkable distance. Ginza line had elevator access so we used that mostly , easier with baby stroller. We arrived from Narita via skyliner to Ueno and took a cab to hotel (cost 500yen).
Front desk staff were really friendly!! Met a fellow Malaysian at the counter and she was lovely to talk to!
Quiet area but there are eateries around and it’s convenient to get to the town areas via metro.
I’d book this place again if I’m going back to Japan.

I loved how clean and tidy it was we didn't ask to have our room cleaned daily but we got fresh towels at our door everyday. The onsen was a really nice experience and I used it everyday (I have tattoos but I was allowed to use it) The free ice cream and free ramen was great too. The location is very good. You are close to a couple of seven elevens and you have the train station super close. I would definitely stay there again.

The design is nice, and it‘s clean and comfy. We liked the neighborhood and it‘s well connected to some useful subway lines, albeit you have to walk 15 minutes - which I don‘t mind. The coffee place downstairs was also very nice.
