The visit exceeded our expectations and we have visited 4 different 5 Stars Hotels in Tokio.
The feeling when you enter the Hotel, you feel like you are in another world. Beautiful flowers, music everywhere. Elevator was so nice with the chandelier on the ceiling,
Location - TOP!! 1 minute walk to Tokio Station.
Reception, Breakfast, Swimingpool, latecheck out, limusine service, Rooms... everything was perfect.
The staff - the best in Tokio, because there were so nice - not fake, natural and helpful. We also left the whole luggage in hotel when we went to Kyoto - 4 huge pieces - No Problem.
We loved every minute of our stay!! We will definitely come back.

Good location with great design, service and amenities. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood but still having convenient access to most places of interest for tourists. The place has been designed by noted Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and has a good vibe. Service and amenities were also exceptional and especially loved their jinbei pyjamas (much better than the ones we had in Four seasons Otemachi). An excellent property overall.
