The rooms and facilities were extremely clean. The reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and kind. We appreciated the no daily cleaning and fresh new towels were bought to rooms everyday. The lobby was also well equipped and a great place to have some tea to wind down from a day in Tokyo. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious for Tokyo! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it felt really special. The restaurant and bar downstairs were also lovely and it's very well located for exploring Akihabara as well as other areas in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helped with sending luggage to our next hotel. I would stay here again.

It’s a home away from home . Ambience is amazing and courteous and affectionate staff who walk the extra Mike to help willingly . Concierge n u must have exchanged 100 mails … they bought the kabuki tickets , Shinkansen bulket train tickets , for me , I had ordered a wheel chair in Amazon Japan which was delivered without hitch . They booked table in Indian restaurant Gurgaon in ginza which was beyond expectation . They also obliged by escorting my mom who is 80 to the train platform n up onto the train . V dependable staff who make you feel safe in a foreign country and assist with a smile . Great hospitality . If you book before hand zero cancellation the rooms are not v exorbitant . Will recommend stay here 100 percent . Great gym with a BMs machine as well . Can go on n on .

Amazing service and friendly staff who always went above and beyond to make sure guests were looked after. Rooms were always cleaned impeccably with lots of attention to detail. Nice location away from the hustle bustle of Tokyo and with a convenient store and metro station nearby.

Excellent location for Imperial Palace and offices around Tokyo Station. Relatively easy to get to by metro from Hanada (about 40 minutes, with one change). Immaculate cleanliness, service and views.
The deluxe room was the largest I have ever had in Japan; more than adequate size for a business traveller with well-equipped, modern kitchen, separate living area and top of the range shower/bathroom.

Large rooms with stack bed, small kitchen, washing machine and wonderful japanese bathroom.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Akihabara station but very quiet. We will come again.
