The hotel was very centrally located to Ginza and Hibiya park. The rooms were very spacious, clean and we enjoyed watching the trains and views of Tokyo from our 30th floor window. We also enjoyed having drinks at the Old Imperial Bar which was very busy most evenings. Most of all the concierge team did a fabulous job making arrangements for my wife and during our 6 night stay at the hotel.

We've stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel several times and love it. It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.

Amazing location and truly traditionally named hotel!
The staff is makes you feel the true Japanese hospitality!
The facilities are a little old however it is managed in pristine condition!!
The cleaning is perfect and the room size is roomier than other business level hotels
Also they are currently going under renovation so I can expect that the rooms will be very much upgraded:)
One important info is, even though they are going through renovation I haven’t seen any sign of construction going on, which was great.
No worries on staying there!
Will definitely visit here again.

Excellent location for Imperial Palace and offices around Tokyo Station. Relatively easy to get to by metro from Hanada (about 40 minutes, with one change). Immaculate cleanliness, service and views.
The deluxe room was the largest I have ever had in Japan; more than adequate size for a business traveller with well-equipped, modern kitchen, separate living area and top of the range shower/bathroom.
