The room was great, we had 6 luggage by the end of the trip and still had plenty of space to store them and move around. The staff was incredibly polite, they all spoke perfect English and communication was easy and effective. The rooms were well-serviced, we had salt, cooking oil, a private washing machine and the hotel staff even has a scale to check luggage weight before getting to the airport, which was of great help.

The service of the Mandarin is always top notch. Add the japanese quality and hospitality and you are in heaven. The staff would go ABOVE AND BEYOND every need that you may have. Our flight was early in the morning so we arrived at the hotel at around 6am. We were able to check in and leave our bags to grab breakfast, and they tried their best to have our room ready by 10am.
The location is upscale. You are surrounded with malls - Mitsukoshi and Coredo where you have many dining options. If you wish to go elsewhere, the building has a direct train access from B1 which makes it so convenient.

So many great things to say about Section L Tsukiji. To start with the staff, literally all of them are so nice, sweet, helpful and give great tips for traveling around Tokyo and the rest of Japan. Always welcome you with a smile and are ready for a nice conversation if you are open to it.
The hotel itself is at a great location at the back of the Tsukiji fish market. So many great restaurants at walking distance and everything is so fresh. All the fashion shops of all the big designer and watch brands in Ginza are a 15 minute walk away. What’s even better is that there are 3 different metro lines at between 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect location!
The rooms then are big for the area. Nice design, very clean and neat, with everything you need for cooking or washing. Also because the hotel is not on the market itself there is barely any noise. Especially in the evening there is literally nobody outside!
Highly recommended!
