Spacious and nicely decorated room with a cosy sitting are where we could chill after a long day walking around Tokyo. Location was great as well. Very close to the old fish market and also in walking distance to buses and metro. We liked the feel of the area as it was not quite as busy and crowded as other places in Tokyo. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations, odering taxis etc. This was our first hotel on our Japan vacation and it really set the bar high for the others that followed.

Very good location, our room was spacious enough for the 2 of us with luggages, the view was pretty cool from the 15th floor. Everything was nice and clean, we had a great time here, if I have the chance to visit Tokyo again, I definitely stay here!
We did not have much contact with the staff but they were nice and polite at the reception.

During my stay I lost a computer bag in a taxi on arrival at the hotel. The hotel staff were exceptional in helping make steps to retrieve the bag. 5 days later bag was located by police/taxi company. The staff were fantastic ( Mizuki Ueda and Sherpa Gyalbu)
