The tranquil ambiance, the minute you alight into the hotel area, was all worth it. Exhausted from the days travel, the complementary snacks and drinks were a welcome treat at the Lounge (even include 4 different alcohol drink options). Check-in was fast and smooth. Reception was helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, or arranging the transfer of your luggage (note, you need one day for this). The hotel rooms were well appointed, and the iPad control of all the lights, drapes, etc... was very convenient. Sound proofing was very good. Very quiet inside the room. Decor was very calming and soothing minimalist. Nice to have all the toiletries you would need, provide along with a list of what you can keep if you scan the QR code provided at checkin.

Perfect location, just off one of the main streets in Ginza.
The staff were lovely and helpful. The way they distributed amenities via a counter in the lobby was genius. Lovely restaurants close by and several metro options. It was a 20 min walk from Tokyo main station and when I arrived into Tokyo I walked with my large wheeled suitcase, wheeled carry on and a back pack with absolutely no issue at all.
