Amazing location - Kagurazaka has such a cool and calm feel about it. Lots of amenities, restaurants, stores etc.- very convenient and close to metro stops. The flat is understandably compact, but has everything you need. Has a Japanese system bath, which was convenient! Host communicated effectively and responded quickly.

We weren't at the accommodation for long. The sleep was comfortable. Cleanliness, location, suited us. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Nice in between location, Easy to get to Akihabara/Asakusa but also to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku areas which is what initially drew us to the hotel. The joint rooms meant we had two bathrooms and lots of space to go in between both rooms. Was well aware of the trains as per the other reviews so that didn't phase us and we were able to get in some good rest. Staff were lovely, helpful that during the night the street parking is free so we were able to park with no trouble as it's a side street. But suidobashi station is a stone throw away and also tokyo dome for all the eateries. Such a nice location, Beds were japanese style so not the most comfortable but we're weren't staying for long so didn't mind.

The location was excellent and very quiet. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms adequate even for Tokyo's small standard.

The hotel is super new and well decorated. Very close to a transport station, convenience stores, etc. The best part was staff. Super friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English 🙌

We had booked the 1 bedroom apartment. This had two beds and a futon bed. This was a thin mattress, which was fine for us, but not recommended with back problems. We had to make the third bed ourselves, and it was a bit tight to fit in. There was no room to sit in the apartment, but we only slept there and were mainly outside. This is a great room for 2 people, perhaps a bit too tight for 3, but doable. Location was very nice, in a nice and relatively quiet neighborhood. Tokyo's public transport was easily accessible, and a good base to explore Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The first evening we went to the associated bar, which is directly below the apartment. Delicious cocktails, and having fun talking to each other with the help of Google Translate. They recommended a nice izakaya and even made a reservation for us. After some confusion about the location, the bartender even walked us to the restaurant! Super friendly and the food was delicious!
