Amanek hotel Kamata Eki mae is my favorite hotel in Tokyo. All of them ( staff) )were very polite and they will give you right away what you need. Every time we stayed there, we really enjoyed every moment that we were there. The place is very convenient and I'm sure that we will stay there again very soon.

Localization was very convenient, especially if you are looking for a hotel with good connection to the Haneda Airport. Staff was very friendly, there wasn't any problem with communication. Hotel was very clean and there was a very big choice of amenities.

The breakfast very nice, and the staff is also really helpful. I could ask for help from them when I couldn't change my sim card in my phone (because I didn't bring my sim eject-tool from my home country) despite this not being a hotel related issue. They were all really really nice.
