I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Some reviews said the rooms are small, but for me the room was perfect. Also very clean and with soundproof walls. They have an eco policy (they clean the room in your 4th day stay), which for me it wasn't a problem. They give you everyday 2 new towels (face & body) and a bottle of water and if you have trash, you just leave it outside the door and that's it. The bed and pillow were comfy. Slept every night like a baby. A full 7-10hs sleep. Even if my room was on the railtrack side, it didn't matter cuz you can barely hear something. That's how good the windows are. The AC is Daikin branded which in a matter of seconds makes the room cool and perfect (especially if you are a person like me who's home country is not humid at all (like Japan is). The hotel is ~7 minutes away from Akihabara station and ~5 minutes away from Kanda station. The area is really nice. The staff was so nice and they speak good English. At the reception they provide a lot of necesities (lufa sponge, toothbrush, vanity kit etc.). They even have a weighting scale to weight your luggage if needed. In the room you can find a mirror, USB cable (type B, C, lightning etc.), a pijama, a hair dryer). Did I mention it has a bidet? I don't know about other people but for me, a solo traveler, this hotel was exceptional and the next time I travel to Japan, I'll surely check if they have a room available! I would love to stay here again!

Its a station away from tokyo station . But the theres alot of option of trains and local metro station . Below the establishment is a family mart .Walking around theres alot of convi stores too . The food choices here are great ! And alot cheaper if compared to staying in tokyo . The tonkatsu set with a full huge miso soup was only 6 dollars .we stayed for 3 days so by the time we got more familiar with the area so even the map looks like along walk you get to discover few shortcuts . The train line for kanda is also closer to alot of tourist spot compared to tokyo station so if you ask me this area is a better choice . The room was smaller but we didnt mind. It has that living on small spaces kind of vibe 😁. The room has a built in desk that we used as dining table after our roaming around which me and my family enjoyed .Theres also adequate storages spaces which we made full use so that we can move around the space better even with a huge luggage. Contrary to other reviews i think the intimate space is just nice even with a family and longer stay
