Clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff. They can provide iron upon request. The highest floor is under renovation so they provided amenities at the lobby for you to take including earplug. However i think it doesn't effect my stay as much as I'm mostly outside during the day. I love how they have 2 doors for my room, so i could close the inner door for my privacy when reaching out to the room service outside. They also provide weighing scale for luggage & money changer machine near the lift. I love everything about this hotel services! Location is also very near to train station yamanote line(very strategic) only few stops to shibuya, harajuku, ebisu.

The Westin Tokyo is strategically located in a central business and tourist attraction area. It is a 7-minute walk to Ebisu Station.
