Spacious and clean rooms, huge bed for Japan. Complete in-room ameneties. Snacks and drinks available to all guests till 10PM. Great location just far enough away from the main shopping street so street noise is kept to a minimum. Close to the station. Staff helpful and courteous. Perfect stay.

Very helpful staff, they helped big time in navigating us through Tokio. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and impeccably kept with all the possible amenities you can imagine. Even pyjama's which was a first for me (and I travelled a lot). Also breakfast was great - it was a combination of breakfast to order, supplemented with a buffet. By international standards the buffet was modest good quality. Overall, I liked the "urban chique" but still cosy atmosphere the best, at price that I think was good value for money. Will definitely re-book when I am back in town.
