Everything! We stayed in the Japanese-style quadruple room and was very spacious for us 2! The decor is beautiful and the futon beds are actually incredible! I slept way better than anticipated. There’re amazing restaurants nearby, location is in this cosy neighbourhood - not a place I’d have thought we’d enjoy spend our evenings instead of the most hyped and touristy areas!
A big mention goes to the lovely staff member at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!). He took the time to write suggestions of places to eat around the area and for the remaining of our time in Tokyo! He was the sweetest person, super helpful. He’s in his early 20s, so if this you, thank you so much!!

Rooms are bigger than similars at Tokyo and even better, enough to fit up to 4 big bags and personal stuff. They come with huge windows for natural light, much appreciated!
They also offer laundry service that works great. Do not miss their chocolate store, is delicious!
Location is great too! It is well connected and reachable from Shinkansen tracks and Airports. You’ll have to walk a lot to connect between stations, just as usual in Tokyo.
Personal is great, they speak English and they’re very kind and attentive, they’ll help on any questions or needs you may have.
The room was always clean and the bed was great to rest after a long day walking through Tokyo.
I’ll be back for sure!

The room was great, we had 6 luggage by the end of the trip and still had plenty of space to store them and move around. The staff was incredibly polite, they all spoke perfect English and communication was easy and effective. The rooms were well-serviced, we had salt, cooking oil, a private washing machine and the hotel staff even has a scale to check luggage weight before getting to the airport, which was of great help.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at MIMARU SUITES Tokyo Nihombashi . The service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with My friend accidentally left something behind after checking out at the previous hotel. The hotel team was incredibly helpful and proactive. They immediately contacted us and successfully retrieved the item. Their swift action and dedication made sure we got the lost item back safely. and showing genuine care and attention right up until our departure.
The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. All amenities and facilities were fully provided.
If we have the chance, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much to all the staff for taking such good care of us!

We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are fabulous. However, the rooms and beds are a bit on the small side for two tall guys like us. But the trade-off is worth it, just something to expect before you check-in. The location is wonderful and the roof terrace is great. We couldn’t recommend it more. Book it!

The hotel is perfect to make you feel confortable. The bedroom is cozy and well equipped with everything you may need. Location is great, just in from of a subway station and a few minutes away from Tokyo Main Station which is extremely convenient.
