The staff was super nice, especially Chikako, she was the one who spoke more with us. Even guided us to the station. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the neighborhood is fantastic. If you wanna experience sleeping in a real tatami-futon place, this is your place!

Rooms are bigger than similars at Tokyo and even better, enough to fit up to 4 big bags and personal stuff. They come with huge windows for natural light, much appreciated!
They also offer laundry service that works great. Do not miss their chocolate store, is delicious!
Location is great too! It is well connected and reachable from Shinkansen tracks and Airports. You’ll have to walk a lot to connect between stations, just as usual in Tokyo.
Personal is great, they speak English and they’re very kind and attentive, they’ll help on any questions or needs you may have.
The room was always clean and the bed was great to rest after a long day walking through Tokyo.
I’ll be back for sure!

Honestly could not recommend this place enough. It was so quiet and we didn’t even see any of the other hotel guests during our 8 night stay here. The location is great, it’s quiet and is a nice getaway when you’ve been around the busy areas all day. The location is also great because it has 2-3 different metros within a 10 min walking distance and supermarkets very nearby too. The rooms had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay, it was also so clean! I would definitely stay here again. The 24 hour reception and locked main door after a certain time also makes you feel very safe, especially as we were two girls! We left our bags with reception for most of the day too on the day of leaving.

Very modern and new. Location is great in between 2 stations - Takaracho and Hatchobori, also an easy 500m walk away from Tokyo station, and 15 mins walk to Takashimaya. Good restaurants around the hotel too. Shower and bathtub water pressure was very strong. Having a washing machine was a bonus in the corner suite and very helpful especially for families traveling with kids. 7-11 store just across the street so easy to replenish water and fruits etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are fabulous. However, the rooms and beds are a bit on the small side for two tall guys like us. But the trade-off is worth it, just something to expect before you check-in. The location is wonderful and the roof terrace is great. We couldn’t recommend it more. Book it!
