Experienced excellent service during my stay at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Dushantha Wirasinha who helped me with the check-in and check-out process with a smile on his face. I really appreciated that he allowed me to check in when I arrived in the morning, store my luggage and collect my room card later in the afternoon. I was also thankful that he assured me of the availability of my breakfast at the restaurant that was paid for even though the systems did not reflect it properly. It was nice to have a delicious sushi dinner with a view and a subsequent drink at the bar with a live band. My partner thoroughly loved it. She also appreciated the hotel gift from Dushantha when we checked out. This hotel is also right next to the Tokyo midtown illumination which made it an excellent location in November/December.

the best part about this place other than it's super convenient location?! THE HOTEL COMES WITH WASHING MACHINE SERVICE!!! I can't for my life remember how much it was, it was pretty affordable IIRC like less than SGD$3...? that's about USD$2.25. I NEED to travel light hence I rewear the same jackets/pullovers/hoodies for about 2 days & it's fantastic when I get to wash them lol. The staff was great, the hotel room was conducive enough and suuuper spacious but of course me & my friend intentionally paid for a bigger more comfy-sized room

Really great location, 2 min walk away from Roppongi station, within walking distances to all art museums in this area. Rooms are tidy, noise proof. You can even get facial care products at the front desk, including cleansing oil, moisturise cream and etc. Staffs speak perfect English and are helpful all the time.

I really liked the bed - it was very comfortable, clean, the WIFI was working and fast, there was nice heater, it was big enough for 1 person, and the bathroom had hot shower and bidet toilet. The facilities were fantastic; The onsen/hotsprings public bath was so nice, there was even an outside version which was just the best; You could really stay long there. There's also a laundry facility on the 18th floor, vending machines and a view that overlooks the Tokyo Tower The breakfast was also very nice; They had many kinds of breads (The chocolate croissants were so delicious, many chocolate filling inside) 2 kinds of rice, sausages, lasagna, beef stew, salmon, a salad station, coffee, tea, apple & orange juice, some cakes for desserts, and pineapples and oranges for fruits. The staff were also polite and very nice; The people in the breakfast area were very sweet and nice. The location; It's a 15 minute (Slow, leisure walk) to the nearest metro which is Roppongi , and there's many karaoke, a Don Quijote, a giant mall with a beautiful terrace, and many nice things in the area. It was also safe even at the middle of the night.

The city view from the rooms is stunning. The rooms have a nice modern touch with some cool lightings and I really enjoyed the sofa area by the window. There is also a public bath on the rooftop and a sauna. Good service and excellent value fo the money. Also very convenient location in the inter of Ropongi.
