The view from my room was amazing, the hotel is really new and everything is super nice. Had the best week sleeping with skyline. Staff is also rly friendly. The restaurant/bar connected are also great. I’ll be back probably!

Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

Location was a short walk to two different subway lines (and a longer walk directly to Shinjuku station). The staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with (they took care of luggage forwarding for me, and it worked perfectly to go to Osaka). The size of the room and the in-room laundry were huge reasons for my booking there. Liked that it was off a main strip but on a quiet street.

Host: Very friendly person, also very helpful if you have any questions about Japan.
Airport pick-up/drop-off: available and worth it! After a long flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to commute into the city-his luxury minivan was very comfortable. Also when catching an early flight out, this can let me catch a 45 mins nap before my flight.
Location: located less than a km from the Okubo train station, this location can let you have a restful night but not live too far outside any metropolitan area.
Space: first impression was very clean, has a mini kitchen area, separated bathroom and toilet. A comfortable twin bed.
QOverall: if I ever were to visit Tokyo, I’d definitely rent from them again.

5mins walk to higashi shinjuku station. Direct train to Asakusa. Abt 15-20mins walk to shinjuku area.

Huge selection of free toiletries. So spoilt for choice! Every thing unimagine u need it's available

The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults a 4yo and 8 month old). Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Location was great just a few mins walk to station and there are 7-elevens, family mart, Lawson and life supermarket all within one block!
