Super cool hotel with many restaurants and fun stuff to do. The hotel is very new and the room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The large window in the room have an amazing view of Shinjuku. The hotel is located only 5 minutes walk to the Shinjuku station. Right in the middle of the lively center of Shinjuku with shops, movies and restaurants just outside the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

The people from Rosenheim are so friendly and helpful.The rooms are superclean, new towels everyday. It's a 5 min walk to busy Shinjuku, but quiet where the hotel is. We had a washing machine/ dryer in our room. The lights, airco and TV had a remote, TV was in Japanese, but didn't really use it to check if I could switch to English

Host is from Shanghai and is friendly. He allowed us to put our luggage at the accommodation after check out and helped to send them to Shinjuku bus station. Accommodation is well equipped with washing machine (detergent and softener provided), hangers, a mini balcony to hang clothes and good WiFi etc.
Host allowed check in as early as 11am, quite flexible in terms of check in timing. Value for money and will definitely stay here again if I am back.
Location is nearer to Ōkubo JR station instead of Shinjuku station, which is 1 just 1 stop away. Convenient as there is a supermarket (opened until 11pm), family mart, lawson, post office and 24hrs eateries (such as sukiya) around the area.

Everything was literally perfect. Without any exaggerating I’d love to say the it was the most thoughtful host I ever had. The apartment is quite big, clean, everything you need is there (+ a lot of coffee drips, bottles of water, matcha, hair dryer!).
Additionally I want to add that the host had helped me and my boyfriend with the lost luggage. He called the delivery company himself (because we do not speak Japanese) and ask them to deliver the luggage to our next destination.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the classy staff at Park Hyatt Tokyo made us feel welcome and assisted us all the way to our room, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The lobby area was a sight to behold with beautiful trees adorning the top of the skyscraper, creating a serene escape amidst the city buzz. Nestled in the heart of Shinjuku, the location couldn’t have been better, allowing us easy access to explore around. The room was spacious and offered awe-inspiring views of Mount Fuji which was a sight we cherished. The iconic pool at the top of the building came with a stunning panorama of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and Shinjuku station, providing a unique and refreshing experience. The famous New York Bar lived up to its reputation and gave us our 'Lost in Translation' moment, with a classy setting and a buzzing atmosphere. Starting our day with an elegant breakfast at Girandole was the cherry on top. Our stay was filled with luxury, comfort, and unique experiences, making Park Hyatt Tokyo a destination we'd love to revisit.
