The BEST hostel/capsule I've been! The staff were super friendly, always greeting me when I left or came back to the hotel with a smile, made me feel very welcomed :) everything was tidy, clean and well managed, and I felt very comfortable staying in my little pod throughout the whole time. They have a separate powder room, bathroom, and toilet area - and with basically everything I need (even hair curlers). The location is also perfect, you can see the Skytree just outside, and there's a Don Quijote just across the street from the hotel. Highly recommend to anyone traveling solo or on a budget!!

Really lovely and convenient ryokan located in the heart of Asakusa. The room was very comfy and quiet which we appreciated after a long day exploring Tokyo. The best part was definitely the bath on the 6th floor - it was sooo nice. Highly recommend this place.

Great breakfast choices, staff is polite and always ready to help, all info translated to English, staff speaks English. We were able to check-in earlier even we didn't ask for this. Location is great, near the G and A metro lines. There is great street with many shops and places to eat. 1 minute from Sumida river. 15 mins from Tokyo SkyTree. Located in touristic area. All were great. Next time I'm in Japan, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The security of the stay, only the card can access your level. Bed, toilet, bathroom are clean and comfortable. Luggage place just at the bottom of the bed, this is very convenient to take things. After night time there are almost no noisy sounds to interrupt the sleep time. And the location is near the station.

Hotel Nohga Ueno is also near to Ueno station, Ueno park, Ame Yoko, and a lot of really great spots for to eat and shop.
The design of the hotel is very classy and it really feels relaxing to come back after a long day. The size of the room we booked was a lot bigger that what I’m accustomed to in Tokyo. All the room facilities are great and well-maintained: the bed, shower, toilet, etc. We didn’t even get to try the spa and the other amenities, but just because we already feel so relaxed in our room.
We would like to commend and thank the friendly and helpful staff for patiently assisting us whenever we needed something. We appreciate the superb service!
We particularly like to say thanks to Yuta-san, who was working at the reception, for patiently helping us locate our missing item (which we came back for a few days later) and for the rest of the staff who helped find and secure it.
We will definitely stay here again!

We were really lucky and got a room on the 10th floor with a view of Senso-ji Temple and the sky tree. Our room had 2 single beds and a sitting area with couch and table. It was perfect for our needs. I really appreciated the view as I was too tired to explore on 2 afternoons and was comfortable staying in this room. We rented LUUP bikes to get to the sky tree and a sumo practice venue. Although the front desk is on the second floor, there was someone outside to help travelers with onward transportation. This neighborhood is very walkable for restaurants, shopping, etc. We used our breakfast coupon most days in the sister Asakusa View hotel as their breakfast buffet is bigger and has a 26th floor view. Amazing!
