Cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Tsai who went out his was way to accommodate our requests. The location was amazing as it was in the middle of everything but in a very quiet lane where you didn’t want the mad rush just was you walked out of your property. Loved it.

The hotel is located very close to the train station on the West Exit. This side of the station is not crowded, which is very nice. There are plenty of food place nearby and the Tobu mall. Room size is big, fit for 4 adults. Great facilities, especially the countertop oven and the speaker. The staffs were very helpful. Highly highly recommend!!!

Clean, comfortable and cosy. Reasonably close to the city centre, with lots of konbinis and food options nearby. Sachiko-san and Rei-san were very friendly and helpful. I made a 2nd booking in a separate room due to last minute plan changes, and Rei-san allowed me to continue staying in the original room I booked at no extra cost 😁

This homestay was such a great value! The room was thoughtfully decorated, the bedding was super comfortable, and there were plenty of fun spots nearby. It was also very convenient to get around.
