The service at this property was amazing. Not only were they very friendly but they also went above and beyond in many instances where we had trouble due to heavy snow. Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Shiga Kogen and wanting to relax.

Great hospitality. The front desk staff/ owner were excellent. They used the translator app with great success.
2 Onsens in the Hotel plus one outdoor Onsen .You can't beat that! Traditional Japanese cuisine!

This was excellent value for money with ski up to the door, lovely buffet breakfast with lots to choose from, cosy Onsen hot pool, a lovely fire with marshmallows to toast every night. You could hire ski gear here and our room had a lovely view down the valley. There was table tennis downstairs for the snowy days. It was also in I think the best location in Shiga Kogen Ski field. East access in either direction and bus outside. Staff very friendly and helpful.
