Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

The property was well positioned. As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.

It was a great stay for both me and my wife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to visit Tokyo. The breakfasts were probably the best we had in Japan, exceeding some 5 stars hotels from international brands. One time we also took the lunch and it was delicious, although maybe a bit on the expensive side. The train station was just 2 minutes away, and we reached the major Tokyo attractions within <1 hour, and the beautiful harbor in Yokohama in just 30 minutes. Haneda airport was also easily accessible, with a direct train departing from a station within 10 minutes walk.
