Very responsive, friendly and helpful staff. Love it that they brought our luggage to our room when it was available. Great to have the onsen in-house for free. Very generous with the beverage packets and toiletries, pity I didn't take more of the tea packets.

We had been on a long trip around Japan by rail and Tokyo/ Yokohama was to be our final destination and we wanted some pampering and luxury but also easy access to rail station and to Haneda airport for our UK return. The Sheraton ticked all the boxes ! Inside it looks and is palatial but the staff are very relaxed, efficient and pleasant. We got checked in an hour early and enjoyed a lovely trip around the city and Bay Area before enjoying a great nights sleep….what a room ! The next few days were also great and a 12 noon check out is also a big bonus !
