Wonderfully relaxing to have a private onsen. The breakfast was fantastic and the vending machines outside the room annex were appreciated as we were there in summer.
Huge room with great privacy and quiet too.
Great location for exploring the area, much nicer than staying in Beppu.

Everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they presented us some small gifts and upgraded the room for free. The meals we had was excellent, with the best ingredients and service. Onsen was amazing, comfortable and private. Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The breafast is very good. The owner and staff are very kind. The view is excellent close to Kinrin Lake.
Remark : We rented a car from fukuoka and stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The next morning (23 Dec 2022) it snowed heavily. The hotel owner advised us not to continue driving to kumamoto due to danger and the expressway was closed. We had to return the car at Yufin, but contacting the car rental company was very difficult. The hotel owner and his wife were very helpful in contacting the company. Moreover, when we forgot our belongings at the hotel while driving to Ufuin station, the hotel owner drove to the Yufuin branch to give our belongings to us. Thank you for your help and kindness. including allowing our family to check out late without charge.

A really good location that's near to station and to lots of shops.
There is also a dedicated parking spot for each room booked as of writing.
Also met a wonderful boss lady manning a small bar, I really recommend going there if you want some reasonably priced good food. Name of the restaurant is "呑み処 ふみ".
The price as of writing is reasonable enough for such a big and clean apartment.

Our second visit, this time with our children. The onsen is our absolute favourite - peaceful wooded location with stunning food and impeccable service. The private onsen are fantastic with the large hilltop one a pinch-me moment. You won’t regret if you book.
