Amazing garden, quiet and refreshing. it is located in a condo, but the in/out of the compound was very smooth. I need to leave in the middle of the night, and also that went very well. There is also securitiy 24x7.

It was amazing couple of days in Hyatt Westlands. Visiting Nairobi wouldn't be full without this hotel. Roy at the reception was very helpful and kind and fast with any request. We had issues with Booking payment and we were able so solve it fast. I enjoyed the view and the food and I would be lucky if I come back.

The property is very luxurious looking and also feeling. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. They welcomed me with a dessert plate in my room. Food at The Hide restaurant was lovely, 5 star dining.
