The staff at each place within the hotel were friendly, kind and helpful. After checking in and selecting the wrong dates the front-desk staff quickly worked to remedy this. At the restaurant the staff were friendly and helpful in giving local recommendations and knowledge.

The staff is what I love most about the stay, they are absolutely professional, friendly and helpful. they make you feel welcomed and among friends. the place is also very elegant, provided with all amenities and the gardens are a pure pleasure. the rooms are also well furnished and well-cleaned. The place has an over contemporary yet at the same time homy atmosphere to it.

The hotel location is great, and the peaceful and green grounds were lovely to return to after a long day. The hotel is clearly well taken care of and the decor during the holidays was such a cozy touch. However, more than anything else, every single staff member made our stay an absolutely excellent and enjoyable one. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful—at a level above other hotels we've experienced in Nairobi and even the rest of the world. It made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere and we wished we had stayed longer. A special shoutout must be given to Florence at reception for taking such good care of everything we needed and making us feel at home. She is a true gem.

The staffs were super nice and helpful!!! I appreciate that the room with water boiler and bathtub, and the restaurant with fresh juice. It’s close to the domestic airport and not far from the international airport, and their shuttle partners are reliable.
