An excellent place!
Amazing rooftop pool with great view and both sunny and shady parts for a whole day. Nice hot Jacuzzi works perfectly too.
Great pool side bar offers beers and cocktails in a reasonable price.
Apartment is brand new, clean and spacious. Simple kitchen good for some simple cooking. Washing machine is so handy. Good sound proof as well.
Location is pretty good. Very close to the Russian market. Lucky supermarket 5 minutes walk. But Phnom Penh is not a walking city and tuktuk is so cheap and easy to go any where. So better download Grab to order tuktuk online.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful. From reception to the cleaners to the bartender girls. After staying for one week we liked this place so much and we extended for another month.
We enjoyed our time in PP with Parc21.

The hotel was beautiful with an amazing pool and cabana area. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The owner and staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly and anticipated any need before we had to ask. Truly amazing hospitality - we would definitely return again!

Very good location and nicely designed rooms. Fast check in, I arrived earlier and get my room before check in-time. There is a big lounge space, perfect to sit down with your laptop for working. Breakfast is at rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view.

The room is fantastic and very comfortable to sleep in. I really appreciated the nearby area where I could walk around without needing public transport or a tuk-tuk. This hotel is the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff members are amazing and truly wonderful people.

Very nice place with an amazing city view and super friendly staff. All was clean and neat. There was everything for a comfortable living. Pet friendly – that was important for us, as we were traveling with our cat, which was very stressful after the long flight.
Opposite the building is a very peaceful Vietnamese Embassy. Looks great, and calms down. It was a very quiet place to stay, which was very good for us. Same time – not so far from the city center and just a few minutes walk away from supermarkets, and cafes. By the way, there is a cozy café in the same building, owned and managed by the same people. Great concept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
