The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

We liked the facilities in the room. There's a refrigerator, a single stove conductor and washing machine. It would be nice if there's pots and cutlery to use. The room is comfortable and quiet.

All the Staff were very helpful and ever cheerful. Front Office Staff esp Kim is the Star ... Room was quiet and AirCon was cooling. The fruit juice at the Reception Area was available the whole day and refreshing. The view from the Pool area was spectacular

Never seen this very friendly and helpful staff before. The rooms are good equipt and the swimming pool in a tropical garden. All is high quality and good located. I can only say, go there and see yourself, you will not disappointed.

Jungle Addition has a really cool vibe and is a great place to come back to after a day in the city. Its location is very central- I was able to walk to many parks and monuments easily and I never felt unsafe doing so. The hotel is off the main street and gives a more sheltered feel with the convenience of being right near everything you want to see. The staff were friendly and a dip in the pool feels great after a day of wandering.
