The room was exceptional- big and airy, with new facilities comfy bed and hot water once I worked it out. As this is obviously a quite new building, that’s not unexpected. The staff were sweet and as helpful as they could be between my non-existent Khymer and their minimal English, but we worked it out. Hot water: I only used the hand-held in its bracket but, if you set both the pressure and temperature fairly low, you’ll get a good shower without getting scalded each time the pump kicks in (about every 10 seconds). Drainage: There’s a plug UNDER the drain grill. Remove them both and water drains properly.

We liked the facilities in the room. There's a refrigerator, a single stove conductor and washing machine. It would be nice if there's pots and cutlery to use. The room is comfortable and quiet.

Everything! The central location combined with the sense of being in a historical building with the most beautiful decoration and artifacts. The Pavilion is for the connoisseurs and newcomers- it welcomes all and the friendly vibe is so tangible. It’s a gem.

Never seen this very friendly and helpful staff before. The rooms are good equipt and the swimming pool in a tropical garden. All is high quality and good located. I can only say, go there and see yourself, you will not disappointed.

Jungle Addition exceeded expectations! It was exactly (or maybe even better) than the published photos (usually it’s the other way around, as properties often publish very outdated or retouched photos). The facilities were amazing. The jungle-like vegetation and decoration makes this hotel a true oasis in the middle of the city. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had a very good bathroom as well (which was not displayed in Booking.com pictures so we were pleasantly surprised to find a completely separated shower - not so common in Southeast Asia). The staff was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a refreshing beverage and cold towels during check-in. Pool-side restaurant/bar service was also excellent with great options for lunch/dinner but also great breakfast - although it is not buffet, you can choose from a decent size list of options (some more western some more Asian) and request as many items and as many times you want. As a nice plus, guests can access the facilities of another nearby hotel: pool (which we did not use so we cannot rate) and fitness center (which was very well equipped with some machines, a great rack with bumpers up to 25kg and also all the fractionals, dumbbells up to 14kgs, AC, complementary water, etc). We could not really ask for more. Highly recommended!

It is a nicely decorated hotel with all the amenities. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh! Perfectly central and walkable to most attractions, yet spacious, cool and like stepping into another world. We had a lovely dinner at their Mealea restaurant which was reasonably priced, the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of eastern and western foods, and delicious coffees. The pool is an absolute dream and so welcome after a long hot day exploring the city.
